It is a rainy, out of the woods weekend so ask yourself if your equipment is ready for a great first race.
We have had a lot of avoidable mechanical issues lately and those are a real bummer for riders who have worked hard and cannot finish a race.
Consider having a professional tune up your bike and make sure you are race ready. Please do not put off nagging issues until race day.
Check your tires, clean your cassettes, clean and lube and check your chain. Check your spare tube and O2 source and make it accessible on race day. Brakes? Shifting? If there have been issues- get it fixed now.
